The DELF/DALF are separate diplomas which are administered by the France Education International (formerly CIEP), near Paris. They are based on the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR-L) to certify the language skills of people whose mother tongue is not French. The results of these exams are valid indefinitely, so once you succeed, you don’t need to do it again!
